The Vision

Our clients wanted a home defined by luxury and sophistication, with no budget limits. Every detail had to feel elegant and functional. They came to Armada Design & Build to turn that vision into reality.

We started with an in-depth consultation phase, working closely with the family to understand what they wanted. Through several detailed conversations, we explored their style and functional needs. We also built detailed 3D renderings to show design options and materials. These visuals let the family see and refine every detail — fixtures, finishes, layout — before construction even began.

Once the design was final, we moved into construction with the same care and precision. Our team managed every part of the build, from sourcing quality materials to overseeing installation. In the kitchen, we installed a Chef Series extra-large single-bowl sink with a sleek faucet, custom cabinetry, and elegant countertops. A built-in bench and high-end appliances added style and function, and soft cabinetry lighting gave the space a warm feel.

The laundry room combines practicality with style, with a quality sink and faucet, quartz countertops, and modern tiles. We turned the master bathroom into a luxurious retreat, with top fixtures including a spa-like shower system and a sauna. Every element was chosen to create one cohesive, high-end look.

Our construction team worked to get every detail right — from electrical and plumbing to custom fixtures and finishes. The result: a home that blends historical charm with modern luxury, exceeding the clients’ expectations.

Through close collaboration and careful execution, we turned an ambitious vision into a beautiful, real home — a showcase of luxury and sophisticated design.

Bathrooms

We designed bathrooms that blend luxury with function — each one a true retreat from everyday life.

For a spa-like primary bathroom, we chose the Grohe Logis faucet for its efficiency and comfort. The Kohler Caxton sink and TOTO UltraMax II toilet combine style with practicality. Hansgrohe fixtures — diverters and hand showers — elevate the shower experience. Lindsey windows and custom shower doors bring in natural light and open up the space.

The main bath keeps the same high standard, with the Grohe Logis faucet, Kohler Caxton sink, and a full Hansgrohe shower system. The American Standard Studio soaking tub adds a touch of luxury. Lynden doors tie the design together with the rest of the home.

The powder room features the Vigo Paloma faucet and Kohler Verticyl sink, chosen for their modern, practical design. The Kohler Santa Rosa toilet combines comfort with advanced features, and Maxim’s LED bath bar adds bright, stylish lighting. Delta’s Ara towel rings, tissue holders, and MSI quartz countertops complete the high-end look.

In the laundry room, the Kraus undermount sink and Bolden pull-down faucet add practicality, paired with MSI quartz countertops and Arizona tiles for a cohesive, functional design.

Our focus throughout was blending elegance with practicality. Careful selection of every fixture and material meant each bathroom exceeded the Sterne family’s expectations — beautiful and built to last.

Kitchen

Our goal for the kitchen was to blend function with refined style — a space that feels modern and elegant. We started by choosing materials and fixtures that look great and perform well.

We chose the Ruvati 30″ Undermount Stainless Steel Sink for its sleek, durable design that blends with the countertops. The Delta Essa Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet adds a modern touch, with touch activation and a magnetic docking spray head. The Insinkerator Evolution Garbage Disposal runs quietly and effectively. Belmont Cabinets offer stylish, practical storage, paired with luxurious MSI Calacatta Trevi Quartz countertops — their veining adds a touch of opulence, and the material lasts for years.

To complete the modern look, we chose Arizona Tile’s porcelain tiles for their texture and easy upkeep. They give the kitchen a sleek, polished feel that pairs well with the quartz countertops. Lynden Doors tie the whole look together.

Installation required careful planning of the electrical and plumbing systems for the new fixtures and appliances. We updated the electrical system for the touch-activated Delta Essa faucet and under-cabinet lighting, and adjusted the plumbing to fit the Ruvati sink and Insinkerator garbage disposal.

The result: a kitchen that delivers both luxury and practicality — beautiful and highly functional.

Our Process

Our task was to turn an ambitious concept into reality — starting with a detailed design process and ending with careful construction. We began working with the Sterne family through a full design phase, using 3D renderings to explore options and materials. These visuals showed how each element would come together, so every detail matched their expectations.

We combined function with modern elegance. The Ruvati Roma 30″ Undermount Stainless Steel Sink and Delta Essa Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with touch activation set the tone — practical and sophisticated. The Insinkerator Evolution Garbage Disposal and Belmont Cabinets complement the luxurious MSI Calacatta Trevi Quartz countertops. Arizona Tile porcelain tiles add a contemporary touch, and Lynden Doors tie the design together.

We designed the home as a spa-like retreat: Grohe Logis fixtures for efficiency and comfort, and a Kohler Caxton Undermount Sink for a refined look. The TOTO UltraMax II toilet, with its bidet seat, and Hansgrohe shower components add to the luxury. Lindsey Windows and custom shower doors bring in light and openness for a calm, inviting feel. We carried the same elegance into the master bath with Grohe Logis fixtures and a Hansgrohe shower system, including a multi-function handshower. The American Standard Studio Soaking Tub adds spacious comfort. The powder room features the Vigo Paloma faucet, Kohler Verticyl sink, MSI Quartz countertops, and Maxim’s LED Bath Bar for a stylish finish.

The Kraus Undermount Sink and Bolden Pull-Down Faucet continue the theme of refined practicality. MSI Quartz countertops and Arizona Tile finish the space with a cohesive, functional look. Throughout construction, our team executed every detail with precision — from sourcing materials to installation, and coordinating electrical and plumbing updates for the more sophisticated design elements. By staying in close communication with the Sterne family and overseeing every part of the project, we delivered a home that blends historical charm with modern luxury — exceeding their expectations for design and craftsmanship.
