Payout is based on the final signed contract amount, not the initial estimate. First payment of $500 is issued within 10 business days of Design Agreement signing. Remaining balance is paid within 5 business days of Construction Agreement signing. Referral rewards of $2,000 or more in a calendar year may be reported on IRS Form 1099-NEC.

Program Terms & Conditions

  • Your referral must be registered before your contact reaches out to Armada Design and Build, or before any agreement is signed. Referrals submitted after first contact are not eligible.
  • The referred individual must not be an existing Armada Design and Build client or an active lead already in our system at the time of registration.
  • Reward is paid only upon signing of a Design Agreement. No payment is issued for consultations, site visits, or proposals alone.
  • Only one referral reward is paid per referred client, regardless of how many people referred them.
  • Reward payout is based on the final signed contract value, not the initial estimate.
  • Referral rewards are calculated based on the final signed contract value, exclusive of sales taxes, permits, and any other fees not included in the base contract amount.
  • Armada Design and Build reserves the right to decline any project and is not obligated to enter into an agreement with any referred contact.
  • Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be applied as service credits.
  • Rewards of $2,000 or more within a calendar year may be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-NEC. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes.
