We engaged Armada to design and construct a detached ADU (DADU) to serve as an in-law suite with rental potential. From early design consultations with Aya to final finishes, the experience was superb. They helped us navigate permits, set a realistic budget, and build a cozy one-bedroom unit with sleek finishes.
