The main floor master bath was designed with a focus on luxury and functionality, creating a welcoming space tailored for guests. Throughout the design process, we emphasized blending elegance with practicality, ensuring every element worked together seamlessly.

For the sink area, we chose an Elkay Quartz Classic undermount sink, known for its durability and scratch-resistant properties. Paired with a Delta Trinsic widespread bathroom faucet, the combination brings a sleek, modern look with reliable performance. The faucet’s clean lines and high-quality craftsmanship perfectly align with the bathroom’s sophisticated aesthetic.

In the shower area, we aimed to create a spa-like experience. The Delta Trinsic 17 Series valve trim with integrated volume control and a three-function diverter provides intuitive control, allowing guests to customize their shower experience. The shower features a Delta contemporary shower head with H2Okinetic technology for a luxurious yet water-efficient flow, complemented by the Delta Compel hand shower set, which offers flexibility and comfort with its slide bar and hose design.

For the flooring and surfaces, we selected Cambria Ella Matte Quartz for the countertops, which delivers a sleek, understated elegance with a durable finish. Architectural Surfaces Marvel Calacatta Extra tiles were used for their striking veining and luxurious appearance, providing a stunning visual anchor to the room. These materials were carefully chosen not only for their beauty but also for their lasting quality.

The clients wanted a Rec Room Bar that would serve as a central hub for entertaining guests, combining functionality with a touch of elegance. To achieve this, we carefully selected materials and fixtures that align with their vision of a stylish yet practical space.

We installed the Blanco Precis Undermount SILGRANIT Kitchen Bar Sink, known for its durability and easy maintenance. This sink is perfect for a busy entertainment area, resisting stains and scratches while providing ample space for prep and clean-up. Paired with the Delta Trinsic Single Handle Bar Faucet, which features a swivel spout for maximum flexibility, the sink setup offers both convenience and style. The sleek design of the faucet complements the modern aesthetic of the room, making it a seamless addition to the bar.

To enhance the ambiance, we added Fletcher 8″ Tall Bathroom Sconces with Clear Seedy Glass. These lights create a warm, inviting glow, perfect for entertaining in the evening. For the countertops, we chose Crystol Pure Blanco and Cambria Ella Matte Quartz. These materials were selected for their durability and sophisticated look, providing a clean and polished surface that’s easy to maintain, making the bar area both beautiful and practical for entertaining.
