We kicked things off with an in-depth consultation, sitting down with the clients to delve into their goals and preferences. They were after a clean, modern look throughout their home, focusing on sleek surfaces and quality materials. For materials, we chose finishes that aligned with their desire for a modern, yet practical space. Polished granite countertops were selected for their durability and sleek appearance, paired with rich charcoal-colored cabinetry that offered both visual contrast and ample storage. We installed a spacious stainless steel sink with a high-performance faucet for added functionality and included a hot water dispenser for convenience.

To create a calm, spa-like vibe, we used large white tiles for the walls, setting a clean, minimalist tone. The flooring was finished in stylish gray-toned tiles that tied the look together seamlessly. Soft white cabinetry added plenty of storage without compromising the sleek, modern aesthetic. In the bathrooms, high-quality fixtures and sinks were installed, each chosen for their blend of form and function. The clients also opted for a high-efficiency toilet system and a shower outfitted with modern valves and fixtures, offering both comfort and convenience.

The modern design extended to the outdoor spaces, where we ensured a smooth transition between the interior and exterior. We selected natural flooring materials that enhanced the outdoor living areas, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxing or entertaining. To balance the light tones of the granite, we installed Wynnbrook Tm Charcoal cabinets. The rich, dark color of the cabinets added depth and contrast to the space, giving the kitchen a modern edge while providing ample storage to keep everything organized. The combination of the bright granite and dark cabinets created a sophisticated, balanced aesthetic.

For added functionality, a stainless steel undermount sink was installed, chosen for its minimalist design and ease of use. This sink, paired with a high-performance faucet, allowed the Marvin family to enjoy a highly efficient workspace that matched the sleek look of the kitchen. To further elevate convenience, we included a hot water dispenser, giving them quick access to hot water for cooking and cleaning.

With the combination of MSI White Ice granite, Wynnbrook Tm Charcoal cabinetry, and thoughtfully selected fixtures, the Marvin family’s kitchen was transformed into a beautiful, functional space. The master bathroom was designed to be a modern, spa-like retreat with carefully selected materials and premium brands. We started by installing MSI Veneto White tiles on the walls, creating a bright and clean backdrop that enhanced the room’s open and airy feel. These large-format tiles provided a seamless, minimalist look, perfectly in line with the vision of a sleek, modern bathroom.

For the floors, we opted for MSI Stellar Grey tiles, adding a sophisticated contrast to the bright walls. The subtle gray tones brought depth and elegance to the space while maintaining a cohesive design. To ensure both style and storage, we installed Lytwin Soft White shaker cabinets. These cabinets complemented the overall design with their soft, modern look, offering a warm yet understated aesthetic that balanced the bathroom’s sleekness.

In terms of fixtures, we selected a Kohler undermount sink paired with a high-performance Brizo faucet. These elements were chosen for their clean lines and modern finish, adding both function and luxury to the space. The shower system was also upgraded with a Delta high-flow valve, providing an enhanced, spa-like shower experience.

The combination of MSI Veneto White wall tiles, MSI Stellar Grey floor tiles, and Lytwin Soft White cabinets, along with premium fixtures from Kohler, Brizo, and Delta, resulted in a master bathroom that is both elegant and functional.
